The project involves the construction of an above-ground building where Assisted Residences will be located, for a total number of 34 units. In the existing building will be located the Integrated Day Center, the multipurpose room, the gym, the laundry, the room for worship, the deposits, and the technical volumes. There are also car parks and gardens equipped for guests. It will be a new multifunctional health and social center, not only for the cutting-edge architecture but above all for the services that will be offered to people in the area who need assistance at different levels of fragility.
