A Villa on Countryside

The customer’s request provides for a single-family house of about 150 square meters.

The building is composed of a living area and a sleeping area divided by an entrance foyer which becomes a cut in the composition of the house.

Taking advantage of the slope of the land, the building is partially underground, thus having a minimal impact on the landscape.

The living and sleeping areas are identified by large windows to the south/east overlooking the plain, while all the service areas are underground due to size requirements and lit by skylights.
