Three main goals of the project: in addition to the expansion of the volume through the application of the “house plan”, the property intends to improve the energy performance of the building and to maintain the current state as much as possible.

Renovation project of an old house from the 70s. The property has been divided into two units, each of 200 square meters. The finishes are executed in the industrial type with the use of quartz concrete floor, a rough iron staircase, the wood has a brushed type of finish.
