The competition involves the design of 60,000 square meters located between the private Ansaldo avenue, via Chiese and Sarca in the former Ansaldo area, in the Bicocca area. The area divided into two 52,500 and 7,200 square meter lots is intended for industrial and commercial use. The construction of office buildings is planned for approximately 51 thousand square meters, while compatible functions will be distributed on the remaining 8,700 square meters, mainly for commercial use. The project also includes 17 thousand square meters of parking, mostly underground.
