The project involves the construction of a new house with an existing volume. The total volume is 642.44 cubic meters. The project was set up to leave wide open spaces, three bedrooms, a study, and a tavern facing north. The long shape of the project site has made it possible to propose a very flexible design for the living area that can be doubled towards the tavern, thus allowing to create transparent and open spaces.
