The lot is located in the small center of Lumignano, on the Vicenza hills. Despite being in a historic center, it faces south with the shingle canal and a large green area that cannot be built on. Lumignano is famous for its cliff, for which climbers from all over Italy come to the hills. The cliff is located a few hundred meters from the lot, as is the speleo park. Two villas of about 200 square meters have been created on the lot.

Villa A is spread over two levels, with the living area on the ground floor connected to the garden and the sleeping area on the first floor with a large terrace.
