The project involves the construction of 200 rooms and adjoining offices and spas, an accommodation facility, a restaurant and dining complex, a conference center, a sports center, service accommodation with an adjoining basketball court for employees. It is a five-star hotel located on the Tallamcen Lalla Plateau, The New York Times listed it among the 41 places to visit in 2011.
